Type: Dashi Pack (Tea-bag style)

Main ingredients: Grilled flying fish from Hirado, Nagasaki, plus five other Japanese dashi ingredients

Seasoning: Soy sauce

How to Use: Place one sachet in 500ml of water and let it soak for about 5 minutes. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then simmer over medium-low heat for 2–3 minutes.

Remove the sachet before use.

Recommended Use: Perfect for simmered dishes, soups, and noodle broths like udon or soba.

A rich and flavorful dashi pack featuring grilled flying fish (yaki-ago) from the waters off Hirado, Nagasaki. Only firm-bodied fish caught around the autumn equinox are selected, expertly grilled over charcoal to remove bitterness, and sun-dried in sea breeze to enhance umami. The broth is carefully seasoned with soy sauce and salt for easy use in various Japanese dishes.
