CITYSUPER 黑砂糖 (500g)

This muscovado sugar is unrefined cane sugar with a natural molasses content, dark brown in colour, has the moist texture and toffee-like taste. It is made with more labour-intensive methods than white or brown sugar, so it often considered as an artisanal sugar. Perfect for baked goods such as brownies, cookies by adding a deeper flavour, or pairing with oatmeal, ice cream, coffee.
