Grows in rosette shape, Lollo Rosa Lettuce is tender, crisp, with a sweet and nutty flavour. Favoured for its texture, beautiful colour, it is most commonly used fresh in salads, also, has the ability to catch and hold salad dressing of its curly leaves. Good to be layered in sandwiches, or served as a bed for cooked meat too.
