Carefully selected by Mr. Hashimoto, head of Gion Tsujiri’s 8th-generation rice shop Gibei, this roasted nori was crafted especially to complement rice. Made only from the first harvest, it has a delicate texture and brings out the full flavour of the seaweed. When eaten with rice, it enhances the taste of the rice itself.
