Roma Tomato has an elongated egg-like shape, is high in nutrients and as a powerful antioxidant which may prevent and repair cell damage, a very healthy ingredient. As it has lower moisture content compared to other varieties, is ideal for cooking down into thick tomato sauces, pastes and soups. Its meaty flesh is also perfect for fresh chopped salads, or adding into an omelette.
