Main ingredients: Flying fish, bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms, and sardines

Seasoning: Soy sauce

How to Use: Place one sachet in 500–700ml of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove the sachet. You can also open the sachet and use it as seasoning for stir-fries or yakisoba.
