Characteristics: The soy sauce dedicated to the Ise Shrine. It is brewed with whole soybeans and wheat from Mie Prefecture. Carefully prepared from finely selected ingredients, Ise Soy Sauce combines the mild, deep flavour of tamari with the gorgeous aroma of dark soy sauce. Koikuchi soy sauce is the so-called common soy sauce.
