This hand-made multi-coloured pasta is made of a long manual procedure for processing the dough until the special shape is obtained. Made with the best durum wheat semolina, using the natural colours, such as spinach for green, beet for purple, paprika for orange to achieve the striking colours. It is ideal for making a colourful pasta salad, or great in soups too!
