RYOUEN 五島灘之鹽 (含鹽鹵) (500g)

Gotounada is a famous seasalt farm in Nagasaki Prefecture. Quality seawater enables crystalisation of salt with less impurities. The natural process can be proven with the bittern in it, the magnesium salt content flavoured slightly bitter.
